38+4 weeks pregnant intimate discharge ?

woke up at 5 this mornin feelin realy sick ive got v mild lower cramps in my abdomen and ive noticed that i have a sticky discharge down below, sorry 4 tmi but as this is my 3rd baby and neva had this in my other pregnancys i just wondered if anyone could shed some light 4 me and have an idea wat it may be?...its a creamy white in colour ouderless and has the consistancy of snot.......thanks 4 any replys x
