Where/how should I add H1 tags in Dreamweaver?

Its a title text, you can add by using DreamWeaver, and click on any empty place and choose Page Properties then in the left side you will see Heading tag, then choose H1 and choose the font type and the size, later go to the title that you want use it biggest from other text, and below you see the properties panel, then choose font as H1, should be work...
