How Would A Christian Try To Appeal To Someone With A Different Understanding God?
Why do you think you have to convert this person to YOUR beliefs? It is called "belief" for a reason and apparently they have a reason for believing the way they do. Trust this person to follow their instincts, it has apparently served them well so far.
