Degrees gets interviews not money. Shouldn't hard work, dependability, and negotiation be more important ? ?

Just imagine having the same job, same experience, same degree as ya co-workers. But they take more time off than U and doesn't work hard as u, they basically just gets by. AND THEY'RE GETTING PAID THE SAME AS U.........Not fair I say.
