New Kitten Sick (food change/new home)?

Hmm.. well what I would say is that it is likely that it could just go away but I wouldn't take a chance just because kittens are very fragile and a lot of time's kitten death's could have been prevented if someone had taken them to the vet. So I would take her! just to be safe!
