Report their conversation to support@microsoft.com on the date and time with your MSN ID and they will investigate this as soon as possible. Ignore these kinds of threats that say "You must pay me or I will do...". If your ISP has been reported, they will speak to your parents and if the accusations are false, they will investigate themselves.
