Can someone please tell me the name of this movie?

I recently viewed a terrific movie, but I fear I missed the title and wonder if someone could help me if they recognize it. It starts off with a young man and young woman who sneak away from a party to have a bit of a romp on the beach. She implores him to take a midnight swim, but he refuses, so she swims out into the ocean alone, and is promptly attacked and killed by a shark. What follows is a series of horrific shark attacks, which have a negative impact on the town, which is a resort/tourist town on the east coast, U.S. The local police chief works to maintain order, but the shark keeps striking. The town eventually hires experts, including an oceanologist, and a professional shark hunter! *Spoilers Ahead* At the end, the police chief, oceanologist, and shark hunter go on a boat, on a mission to kill the shark themselves. The shark hunter is devoured by the shark, in gruesome fashion, but the chief and scientist are able to blow the shark up. Please help! I need the title!
