I had shingles a few months back, but I have..?

A few months back I had shingles, it was very severe and lasted about 2 weeks. Since then it has cleared and left my body. However, within the area of where my shingles were (my back and my ) there are these clusters of blackheads. They are very hard to get out and they do not hurt or anything however they are annoying because they are black and visible. What are there, are they bad, how do I get rid of them? I tried to google and yahoo after effects of shingles but I could not find anything on this. Any help will be much appreciated.
