After using a Scotch Brite pad to clean a small part of car how do i restore its shine?

use a really light sandpaper i think its 5000 grid look at the description it will say for wet sanding. just get that and with water sand the area evenly use plenty of water. the water is the key not to damage it, then just buff it with wax either by hand or with a buffer. the buffer works best. dont sand with alot of strength just lightly
