CHARGED FOR and dont know whats gonna happen?

i was with my ex for a year and after few arguments and fights we broke up a month ago but before we broke up we spent 2 weeks apart,and just before i dumped her we spent a nyt in the hotel,,me,her and a friend of mine who wasnt ment to stay but did cos we were all drunk and he ***** drive back home,,anyway we got up in the mornin,my mate left then me and her left and i told her that wen she was drunk in the nyt she slept with my mate and so i dnt wana be with her anymore and dumped her,,then i didnt hear from her til last week when police knocked at my door and arrested me in suspicion of and so did my mate,,we were questioned for 16 hrs and anyhow,,they took my dna and my mates too,,they'l obv find my dna on her cos we had but my mate neva touched her,,i spoke to her and sed that i dnt wana get in trouble with the feds so she has to drup the charges and obv i made the whole thing up cos i didnt wana be with her and she wudnt leave me alone,,but then i realised that i do actualy love her cos i missd her alot,,she druped the charges last week,,but the police said its up to the CPS now to decide,,what do u guys reckon is gonna happen now??im out on bail till 15th of jan,,im shitin it,,i know im innocent but what if they think shes just drupin charges cos she loves me,,they hav my dna and also sum pics of her body when i hit her once cos she cheated on me with her ex sum months ago,,,what u guys think???i know its messed up but im stuck in the **** now
