Good for a 14 year old golfer?

I drive straight 250-260. At the driving range I hit 8/10 shots on the green. I make most putts in 2. Rarely do I 3 putt. Sometimes I make 1-putts. On the course I shoot 107,106,104,94 in my last rounds. I am getting Victory Red Irons (the blades) on tuesday. Comments? Suggestions for on the course vs. driving range?
