How can i make my hair grow longer faster? 10 Points to the best answer!!?

I reaalllly super want to grow my hair about 3 or 4 more inches before i go back to school (September 7th) And i know its not really realistic considering it grows 1/2 inch a month on average but really im sure its grown more than 2 inches since the end of may but i've been getting trims every 6-8 weeks and been taking multi-vitamin and vitamin C everyday lately been leaving conditoner in it for an hour once a week and rinsing it out with cold water and not been using heat on it please help me with how i can grow my hair out faster, also please DONT recommend extensions i wont be using those no matter what! thanks!(:
