he really likes u but he is to shy and afraid of rejection he stares at u in cl because u look good 2 him and he cant take his eyes of u.he keeps on touching because he wants some attention from u.show him u r interested (if u are) talk 2 him in cl pretend u don't understand what thee teacher said and ask him a question.keep this going and he will ask u out.
