Meatball sauce?

Could I use onion soup mix and canned mushroom soup to make a stroganoff sauce for meat? I have sour cream as well. If someone has a recipe that uses these ingredients that they could share that would be great. I haven't had much sleep and need to start supper in 1/2 hour. Thank you!
