Please help mee ): something might be wrong!?

so i recently asked a question on here , and didnt get a response , but anyway the question was that i started working out about a week ago . and the first thing i did was bench , i started with (2) 5 -lb weights on each side of the bar and did 4 sets of 10 and after the workout i had a protein shake to restore my muscles. the next day my arms started to get sore and tight ,the day after that i could not even bend my arms , but now i can and it took 4 maybe 5 days to have full movement of my arms. but now it seems that my right elbow is swollen and up around my bicep. the same thing wwas in my left arm but the swelling went down and wasnt as swollen as the right one is . im looking for advice to take or if i need to go to the doctor , ive been puting ice and taking advil since please help
