Really bad jaw pain what do I do?

So I woke up this morning at like 4:30 and couldnt even open my mouth barely.I took an Ibuprofrin and the pain only dulled and I went back to sleep.. Well I woke back up at seven and it was the same.. I couldnt take anything as it had only been 2 1/2 hours. So I went back to sleep. I woke up at around 10 and took 2 tylenols and an IB. Because you are able to take them at the same time... It didnt do anything. This whole time it has been hurting REALLY BAD. I have already been to the dentist and the doctor and both day that nothing is wrong.. THEN WHY AM I IN SOOOOOOOO MCUH PAIN?? So around 2:30 I took somemore tylenol. and it has done nothing... So altogether I have taken about 3000 mg of pain relievers, went to the doctors and the denstist and nothing is working.. WHAT SHOULD I DO!!! Also i am very irritable...
