Scottish football down the drain?

So far this season Rangers and Celtic have been an embarrment, especially in Europe, are we seeing rangers and celtic becoming weaker for good? No EPL for Rangers and Celtic, less money to gain, really we need this north atlantic league to work out otherwise we'll both end up as just another team in Scotland forever
