Should I make this trade??

I am in a full keeper league. MY starting RB's are Steven Jackson, Larry Johnson, Joseph Addai, Maurice Jones Drew, Brandon Jackson, Leon Washington, and Kenny Irons. My QB's are not ver good, as I have Alex Smith, David Garrard, and Trent Edwards. I am also somewhat weak at WR. I have been offered Jay Cutler and Anquan Boldin for Larry Johnson. Considering the strengths and weaknesses of my team, should I consider this deal?
