What are better headphones?JVC or SONY?

Okay so I need a new pair of HeadPhones to buy, but i don't know which are a better brand.Like which ones are More comfy and Noise-canceling?Are the JVC marshmallow or gummy headphones any good?Or is sony better?Please help,thanks.
