What has Obama done to end the partisan atmosphere in Washington?

He's tried listening to them but when he happens to agree with a Republican idea, the Republicans suddenly change their mind and go against their own ideas. It's not possible to make Republicans stop being 100% partisan. Republicans don't care about anything except winning elections and were railing against Obama from day 1. Remember how the wingnuts got on his case about not wearing a tie in the oval office? When Reagan and Bush were photographed in the oval office plenty of times without ties? They suck.
