When will my hair really begin to grow?

Now I know my hair is growing so I don't need the lecture, your hair is growing it's just breaking as it grows. I came with a new regimen that I had gotten from youtube, and I can manage without straightening it, daily moisturizer, drinking lots of water, trimming it every 6 weeks. I'm a black girl, African-American (or Canadian in my case) with relaxed hair. I just started this new regimen and i wanted to know how long before my hair is at least 2 inches past my shoulder, right now, I would say it's at my shoulder. So, how long, with the healthy process I'm working at, would it take for my hair to grow 2 or 3 more inches? Also, I treat it with an egg treatment on a daily basis and if you figure it's gonna take a while, what else can I do to make it grow longer, faster?
