Why do some african americans use handicap ons and most whites dont?

I sit in my college's cafeteria and we have optional automatic doors...my friends and i sit there and keep tally of who uses the on today's score out of 40 people 37 african american used the on 3 didn't and for whites out of 37 6 did and 31 didn't...this is repeated every day why??
