California environmentalists at their best?

After reading all that (it was an interesting thrashing), he is still there? I forgot you said he was still there as I was reading it and it provided reason after reason to fire him. Very strange. Clearly the blog seemed to the stake through the heart yet it wasn't. Bringing shame to the ARB and lying isn't that serious apparently.
